Niagra-on-the-Lake and more!

Although most of Ontario seems to be made up of either suburbs-of-Toronto, or corn, there is a small but beautiful town located right along Lake Ontario, named Niagra-on-the-Lake. The place is sort of a Rockport, MA meets Sausalito, CA -- at least during the summer time. We had a blast. Ice cream, water, shops, parks, cookouts, fancy flowers. Very fun. Unfortunately, with traffic, it ended up being an hour and a half drive from the Fafard's, but, apart from that, the trip was excellent. Enjoy the pics.

Rosie and Me

Not much to say about this as the pictures pretty much tell the story. The three of us ventured up to Stoney Creek, Ontario over the long Labor Day weekend to visit the Fafard family...especially Rosie (who is now over two years old) and Antoine Phillipe (who is now almost four months old). Aside from the traffic on the way up and the long wait to cross the border back into Michigan on the way home, the trip was awesome. We hung out and bar-b-qued, visited Niagra-on-the-lake, a beautiful town along Lake Ontario, and toured the neighborhood. Check it out!

Pimp My Ride!

Although my first birthday has come and gone (incidentally, I turned THIRTEEN months old today), I still get to hang out with my gifts everyday! Check me out in my new wheels, riding to the park and playing in the giant sandbox. I am meeting new friends everyday and Mommy is meeting new moms everyday, too. I am starting to babble a lot more, these days, and I can even dance now. Very fun, this fine motor stuff!!
